Do you offer an alteration service?
We no longer offer a general alteration service. We are only able to offer this service to garments which are purchased directly from us.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, please book an appointment in advance of visiting the shop. We ask that you do this so that a changing room is available to try garments on.
How do I book an appointment?
You can arrange an apointment by calling us on 01268 698400 or by popping into our showroom. If you request an appointment via our contact form, we will phone or email you back to arrange a suitable time.
Are you open every Sunday?
We are open one Sunday a month. This is generally the first one of the month but it can change from time to time. If you check our hours section, it will state the date of the next available Sunday.
Can I pop in and view your bridal gowns?
We do ask that you book an appointment in advance, regardless of whether you just wish to just view our range. The Bridal gown room is booked exclusively for one Bridal appointment at a time.
How far in advance should I order my bridal gown?
We recommend that brides order their gowns 12-14 months in advance however, an express service may be possible, this would incur an additional charge.

A minimum of 8 months should be allowed to order and fit your dresses however, an express service is available for an additional charge.
What is included in your Complete Wedding Package?
To qualify for our 10% discount, you must purchase at a minimum, your gown, bridesmaids dresses and hire suits from us. Terms and conditions apply. Please ask for details.
What suits do you hire?
We hire out a classic Black Dinner suit. We also hire Tailsuits, Frockcoats and lounge suits in a more Formal style for Weddings. These are available in grey only.
What suits do you sell?
We have a varied selection of suits to purchase. From plain fabrics to herringbone and tweeds. A good proportion of these have matching children suits too. We can also cater for the plus size with some styles going up to 66 chest. If you wish to order a party of suits, we suggest allowing a minimum of 6 months notice.
